I started selling real estate in 1985 with Century 21, then Coldwell banker. I eventually became
manager for both companies. I received my Brokers license in 1988 and opened and operated a
Help-U-Sell franchise until 2000. I started my own company Set Fee realty in 2000 until I went to
work with ReMax College Park in 2016. If experience is what you're looking for, I have it!
Oh, the changes I've seen take place. Through continued education from my local board of
Realtors, NAR, CAR, seminars and now webinars, I stay up to date on the cutting edge of real
estate. My clients are comfortable and feel at ease when I represent them on the sale or
purchase of their property.
I became a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) to continue expanding my knowledge through
advanced training, by meeting significant experience requirements to help my clients through
the maze of the real estate transaction process. Just 4% of all Realtors in the U.S. can call
themselves Certified Residential Specialist, that is just 1 in 25 that have the experience, the
commitment, the hours of advanced training necessary to call themselves a Certified
Residential Specialist. In fact, the skills and know how you get with a (CRS) graduate may save
you time and money. Plus, it doesn't cost my clients any more than any other Realtor.
I graduated from CSULB. I have too wonderful sons that I am extremely proud of, one in
construction and one a Firefighter for LA County.
